  • To reinforce the skills of throwing, catching, cooperation, hand-eye coordination, patience, strategy, and teamwork in the wacky, nerve-racking game of Bank It. The object of the game is for each team to successfully transfer a ball by means of throwing and catching to “bank it” into any bucket located within the boundaries. Each team will compete against other teams to determine who will bank the most shots and earn the most cash.

  • Who Sunk Our Battleships, derived from the classic naval warfare board game of Battleship, brings to life an old classic by turning it into a suspenseful, high energy game of moving, throwing, strategy, determination and possibly a little luck.

Today we are going to get into our time machine and travel all over the world to the past, present and future. Our noodle will change into something different everywhere we travel.   • OBJECTIVE: Let ‘em Roll, derived from the game of EcSTATIC Bowling is a high energy target-based game where cooperation, speed and accuracy are essential to be successful. Teams will race to complete the various target and level challenges.
  • OBJECTIVE: The Oxford Dictionary defines ecstatic as feeling or expressing overwhelming happiness or joyful excitement. The game of EcSTATIC will illicit joyful excitement as students race to complete the bowling and static balance challenges. AND as a bonus, holding static poses is great for building core strength!
  • Reinforce the skills of badminton with this awesome follow-up lesson of Birdie Battle. Birdie Battle reinforces spatial awareness, using the underhand badminton striking skill for accuracy, and eye-hand coordination.
  • OBJECTIVE: This whacky game, created by my great friend and colleague Mickey Eidson that he derived from an old-school TV show reinforces spatial awareness, using the forehand, backhand, and overhand paddle striking skills for accuracy, and eye-hand coordination.   • The Physical Education Teacher Check Up or Assessment can be used as a formal or informal test to determine student comprehension/understanding of the skills and concepts covered during the school year and/or to help the physical education teacher determine strengths and weaknesses in his or her program. I personally use this Check Up to help me figure out areas where I need to go back and review, improve or revamp for the next school year.
