• OBJECTIVE: This whacky game, created by my great friend and colleague Mickey Eidson that he derived from an old-school TV show reinforces spatial awareness, using the forehand, backhand, and overhand paddle striking skills for accuracy, and eye-hand coordination. PaddleStar Galactica will test each student’s accuracy by challenging them to hit and destroy various targets before the time elapses.
  • OBJECTIVE: Watch as each team races to “stash their cash” in this fun, competitive game that provides a great way to introduce money recognition and addition, while integrating fitness and perseverance.
  • A fun and educational way to play bingo developed by J.D. Hughes. This cross curricula and active team game is suitable for use in classrooms, PE classes, and after school programs. Players earn the right to turn over a bingo chip by completing an activity and matching the correct capital with the corresponding state. Earn enough bingo chips and your team can win the game! State Lingo Bingo is an excellent game to reinforce and provide multiple opportunities to learn the 50 U.S. states and their capitals. The combination of map reading fundamentals, fitness, and teamwork forces teammates to communicate and strategize in order to complete their States or State Capitals Bingo Card faster than the opposing teams.
  • Objective: Students will develop and improve Frisbee manipulation skills of visual tracking, accuracy, control, throwing, and catching. Frisbee Frenzy utilizes various positions to provide teammates multiple opportunities to communicate and elicit teamwork and strategy to become team champions.
  • This bundle contains 69 Physical Education essential questions and 26 Vocabulary Words to be posted on my word wall in the gymnasium. Each EQ and Word Wall (WW) will be discussed and/or illustrated at some point during the physical education year. I felt that each of these EQs and vocabulary words should be incorporated into my curriculum and covered to ensure a balance of learning in my physical education class. I believe these EQs and words will make a significant difference in building students’ background knowledge and comprehension. Each EQ and Vocabulary Word has been typed up on its on page. All you have to do is print them out.

Adapted from the game of Jenga, the fast-paced, jogging and counting game of Jenga-Janga will definitely captivate your students. Teams will compete against each other by jogging to collect noodle pieces in order to build towers, being careful not to be the one to cause a tower to fall.
  • OBJECTIVE: Jenga-Janga Pro is the advance, next-level game to Jenga-Janga 1.0. Adapted from the game of Jenga, the fast-paced, jogging and counting game of Jenga-Janga Pro will definitely captivate and challenge your students. Teams will compete against each other by jogging to collect noodle pieces in order to build towers, being careful not to be the one to cause a tower to fall.
  • OBJECTIVE: Reinforce the skills of football and teamwork with this unique, football follow up game of Just Concentrate! Just Concentrate combines the high-energy passing/throwing skills of football and hitting various targets, while also giving the brain a real workout through the matching card game of Concentration.
  • OBJECTIVE: Adapted from the game Hula Hut Throw Down (PE2theMax II, 2011), Volleyblaster is an awesome follow up game to reinforce the skills of volleyball. Volleyblaster combines the art of hula hut building, the tactics incorporated in offense and defense, the serving skills of volleyball and hitting various targets, along with the “never give up” attitude it takes to be successful.
  • OBJECTIVE: Adapted from the game Cold Hard Cash (HyPEd Up, 2017), We’re on Lockdown is a high energy, non-stop fitness game where teamwork and perseverance are crucial to find the hidden keys. The hidden keys will then be used to unlock each safe to expose the mystery code to escape the lockdown.
  • OBJECTIVE: Derived from “Hoop Stealers,” (Ross Chakrian @Mr_C_PE), the heart-racing and captivating game of Capture the Hoop will highly engage and reinforce dribbling and ball handling skills. Students will be given numerous opportunities to practice and reinforce ball manipulative skills associated with dribbling, tossing, catching and ball control.
  • OBJECTIVE: Derived from the classic game of Connect Four (by Milton Bradley), the teamwork game of Connect 4-Fun will get everyone active and hyped about whose team is going to demonstrate the best communication and strategy.
  • OBJECTIVE: To reinforce the skills of throwing, catching, accuracy, cooperation, hand-eye coordination, and teamwork in a time where the future of physical education is a stake. SCENARIO: The future of physical education is at stake because the FBI has informed all PE teachers to be on alert for a mysterious villain known as the “sedentary terrorist”. The sedentary terrorist is against kids getting active and having fun, threatening to destroy the gymnasiums all over the world. I entered our gym this morning and found what appears to be explosives lying everywhere. I need your help! In order to save our gym from destruction and losing our physical education program, we must work together to disarm all of the explosives and defeat the evil, sedentary terrorist.
  • OBJECTIVE: This zany, action-packed teamwork game reinforces spatial awareness, throwing for accuracy, bucket manipulation, eye-hand coordination, communication, patience and most importantly…..cooPEration!
  • OBJECTIVE: The Oxford Dictionary defines ecstatic as feeling or expressing overwhelming happiness or joyful excitement. The game of EcSTATIC will illicit joyful excitement as students race to complete the bowling and static balance challenges. AND as a bonus, holding static poses is great for building core strength!
  • OBJECTIVE: Derived from the classic Hasbro game of Guess Who? (www.hasbro.com), the high energy, game of Guess Who Fitness will have your students actively moving and strategizing to see who can guess the opponent's mystery athlete the quickest.
